Working in China

Standing Out and Fitting in: The Paradox Facing Chinese Students

The University of Warwick carried out an in-depth UK-wide research project into Enhancing the Employability of UK-educated Chinese students. The findings reveal the stark paradox faced by many Chinese students studying in the UK – the challenge of both ‘standing out and fitting in’.
