AGCAS Research and Knowledge Hub launched

21 April 2020

We are committed to providing members with opportunities to connect and share research that can inform practice across the sector. The AGCAS Research and Knowledge Committee has created the Research and Knowledge Hub to act as a repository for articles, research and resources in the field of careers and employability.

We have received submissions on a huge range of topics, from careers in times of uncertainty to virtual careers service delivery.

Examples of submissions that may be of particular use to AGCAS members during the coronavirus outbreak include:

  • Bumping Online Discussion Forums in a Social Media Age ("IYKWIM") – Leigh Fowkes
  • Developing and Enhancing Graduates' Career Resilience; Perspectives from Higher Education Careers Professionals – Tracy Scurry, Ann Smart, Ciaran Burke, John Blenkinsopp, Sarah Stephenson
  • Overview and introduction | Covid-19, career guidance and the importance of decent work – Fiona Christie, Eileen Cunningham, Kath Houston

The Research and Knowledge Hub is still under development. Please contact Gabi Binnie, AGCAS Policy and Research Manager, with any feedback or ideas for further development.
