Vacancy on the Psychometric Assessment Task Group

28 July 2020

The AGCAS Psychometric Assessment Task Group is seeking to recruit a new member.

About the group

The Psychometric Assessment Task Group supports AGCAS members to make best use of psychometric tests in guidance work, and provides updates on developments in employer selection methods. The group currently comprises 6 full time members and 1 co-opted member and meets two or three times a year.

Using the AGCAS website, publications and via professional development opportunities such as webinars and conference workshops, the group provide updates on current and best practice. Our objective is to ensure AGCAS members are informed and confident to be able to guide and advise students and graduates in the wide range of psychometric assessments currently in use by employers for recruitment.

Please feel free to contact Chair, Michele Zala with any questions you might have about the group or for an informal conversation.
