Vacancy on London and South East Regional Learning Group

02 August 2019

The AGCAS London and South East Regional Learning Group is seeking to recruit a new member and would welcome expressions of interest from AGCAS colleagues.

 About the learning group

The group meets three times a year and puts together a programme of training events for careers professionals in London and the South East. These events cover a broad range and are designed to meet the expressed needs of the Region. We canvass institutions in our area for ideas for future events and would welcome the input and expertise of new members.

 Benefits of membership

This is a great way to meet AGCAS colleagues and work on joint projects. In addition to contributing to training events and supporting colleagues, the group gives members informal insight into what is going on at other institutions. This can make you look at your own service with a different perspective, giving ideas for change and development.

 Interested?

Please feel free to contact the Group Chair Fiona Tracey on f.tracey@londonmet.ac.uk or 020 7133 5029 with any questions you might have about the Learning Group.

 How to apply

If you are interested in becoming a member of this Learning Group, please provide a brief expression of interest (max. 500 words) explaining your reasons for wanting to join and the ways in which you could contribute. Expressions of interest should be sent to f.tracey@londonmet.ac.uk by Tuesday 20 August.

The next meeting of the group will take place at London Metropolitan University on Friday 13 September and it is hoped the new member will be able to attend.
