Vacancies on the AGCAS Governance and Risk Committee: Deadline extended

05 October 2020

The AGCAS Governance and Risk Committee is seeking to recruit three new members. The Governance and Risk Committee currently comprises three members (six with these appointments) and meets up to four times a year.

About the Committee

Chaired by the AGCAS Treasurer and Company Secretary, the Governance and Risk Committee takes an independent and objective view of operational and risk management matters for AGCAS. Committee members gain an overview and knowledge of all of AGCAS's activities. Participation in this committee would be a great development opportunity for members who might be considering standing for the Board in the future. View the committee Terms of Reference.

What we are looking for

The candidates for this role should have an active interest in the governance and strategic operation of AGCAS. Applications are invited from Full Members of AGCAS, however Heads of Service (members of the AGCAS Advisory Council) should fill two of the vacancies.

AGCAS is keen to improve the diversity and inclusivity of our voluntary opportunities and would be particularly interested in receiving nominations from BAME members or those working in the devolved nations.
