AGCAS Phoenix, October 2018 - Regional Collaboration
The October 2018 issue of Phoenix explores how higher education careers services are approaching regional collaboration. This edition will take you on an employability journey across the UK with insights from England, Scotland and Wales and from a wide variety of institutions.
This issue showcases how institutions are addressing the duality of operating in a national and regional graduate labour market and the impact this has had on their standing as a service and – ultimately, why we all do what we do – how this has benefitted students and graduates.
The regional initiatives themselves are incredibly diverse and with various areas of focus: students and graduates, employers, local government and enhancing links between neighbouring institutions (and sometimes all of the above).
