At Nottingham Trent University (NTU) we have built an excellent record for graduate employment with 95.7% of our graduates being employed or engaged in further study six months after leaving (according to DLHE undergraduate survey results 2015/16).

We are seeking 2 full time Careers Consultants, 1 Employability Adviser Coordinator and 1 Employability Adviser who are motivated to embrace the challenges of developing the employability agenda in higher education.   

You must be educated to degree level, or equivalent, and hold appropriate careers guidance qualifications and experience, ideally with knowledge of Higher Education. Candidates should be adaptable and creative with a passion to continuously improve employability services. You should have excellent communication skills including the ability to prepare online resources and reach a broad cohort of students using a variety of channels including social media.
