Building on our highest ever DLHE result we are looking for two proactive team members to join the Careers & Employment Service and contribute to providing a wide range of careers support services to UH students and graduates.

The role will include; providing frontline customer service in the delivery of activities and information resources to students.

The successful candidates will deliver one to one advice and guidance, as well as a full range of careers workshops and webinars. They would work on careers specific project work utilising data and labour market information to contribute to the excellent standards of this matrix accredited careers service. They would also work as part of ‘School Engagement Teams’ liaising with academic staff around the delivery of careers work in our academic schools.

Candidates should be familiar with delivering one to one appointments and group sessions and also be prepared to undertake and lead project work relating to Careers activities. The successful candidates will be graduates or equivalent with the ability to demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
