AGCAS offers a wide range of peer designed and delivered training for higher education careers and employability staff. These are all currently delivered remotely via Zoom Meeting.

Running several times throughout the academic year, are the AGCAS training portfolio stalwarts:

2020/21 saw the induction of a raft of training from the AGCAS Employer Engagement Task Group:

And, of course, we have modules of the AGCAS/Warwick Career Education, Information and Guidance in HE qualification, or CEIGHE for short. All are welcome to book themselves on to this training – you do not have to be a CEIGHE registrant. The courses include:

AGCAS offers a variety of conferences tailored to current needs, issues and agendas within the HE Careers and Employability sector. Annual and frequently run conferences include:

AGCAS Annual Conference for HE Careers and Employability Professionals

A two or three-day conference, running in June. Speakers and participants share information about current and future HE and employability agendas, delivering on behalf of institutional management, employers, academics and careers and employability professionals. 

AGCAS Heads of Service Conference

A two-day conference for Heads, Deputy Heads and senior management of HE careers and employability services, running every January.
