Biennial Conference Speakers
The following keynote speakers are already confirmed for the AGCAS Biennial Conference 2009:
Alex Baker
Alex Baker (pictured right) is an economist at
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he has worked for the last
three years. Alex advises on and analyses macroeconomic trends
and forecasts for individual countries and regions, and
regularly gives presentations to clients on key macroeconomic
issues. Alex also undertakes a large amount of tailored
economics consultancy projects for both public and private
sector clients. Alex’s qualifications include a BA in
Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of
Oxford and an MSc in Economics from Birkbeck College,
University of London.
