Associate Membership


Associate Membership is for you if you work in a careers service which has Service Membership. It does not matter what your role is, there are benefits for everyone.

If you are already an AGCAS Associate Member and have recently changed institutions there is no need to re-apply for membership - simply complete the Membership Transfer Form below.

- Access to AGCAS-Servicelink and Networklink, extremely active email discussion lists, which give members the opportunity to discuss issues of common interest, and the opportunity to join a range of other specialist AGCAS discussion lists.

- Discounts on all AGCAS priced products plus access to a huge range of resources produced by members for members - and the opportunity to contribute to the production of them.

- The support of a network of around 130 services and over 1700 individual members based both in the UK and Ireland and throughout the world.

- Maximum discount on fees for all AGCAS training, including professional qualifications.

- Free copies of Phoenix (the official journal of AGCAS) and ARENA (the association's members-only monthly electronic newsletter).

- Access to areas of the AGCAS website limited to Associate Members.

- An invitation to attend or send a representative to AGCAS' annual Heads of Service Conference, an opportunity for careers service managers to meet to discuss common issues.

- Access to AGCAS-HEADS, an email discussion list for heads of HE careers services, which enables managers to discuss issues of common interest.

- Specialist training for heads of service, including regular training for new and nearly new heads and support with obtaining recognised quality standards.

Pricing

Providing your careers service is already a member, you or your service will pay just an additional £26.91 per year for your membership, plus VAT as applicable. Your membership needs to be authorised by your Head of Service (or equivalent).
