AGCAS offers Test User Ability (formerly known as Level A) psychometric testing via distance learning. The course is offered all year round and can be started whenever suits you best.

    This course is being delivered by OPP on behalf of The University of Warwick in collaboration with AGCAS and will qualify you in MBTI Step 1, Parts 1 & 2. An MBTI information sheet is available below.

    Training the Trainers, Warwick

    A four-day residential course for any staff providing training for peer groups, whether as trainers for AGCAS or running events internally for careers service colleagues, academics or other staff groups. This course is part of the optional Training and Coaching module within the AGCAS/Warwick PG Diploma/MA in CEIGHE, but is open to all.

    Management of HE Careers and Employability Services, Warwick

    This four-day residential course, delivered in two blocks, is intended to enhance the understanding of the key issues and influences impacting on careers and employability service development and delivery.

    This three-day residential course is intended for careers staff working or planning to work with students and other clients in groups and who wish to develop new approaches to planning and delivery.

    This two-day course is compulsory for registrants studying the Career Development Theories module of the joint AGCAS and The University of Warwick MA, PG Diploma, PG Certificate in Career Education, Information and Guidance in Higher Education (CEIGHE) or related PG Award. It is only available to current AGCAS and Warwick students enrolled on these programmes.

    This three day residential course is suitable for anyone working with students and graduates, who is interested in incorporating coaching skills and strategies into career planning and implementation.

    This three day residential course is intended to enhance the understanding of the key issues and influences impacting on the delivery of work experience in higher education.

    This five-day course aims to expand the professional competence of experienced careers advisers by equipping them with the knowledge, structure and higher-level skills necessary to implement a counselling approach to guidance intervention.
