   With the employability of students high up on everyone's agenda, there has never been a better time to develop an understanding of what the world of a graduate recruiter involves - and the challenges they face on a daily basis.

   This AGR event will offer the opportunity to:
   

   • have a go at designing an attraction and selection strategy yourself (with graduate employers);
   • network with other graduate industry professionals.

   By the end of the day, participants will have learnt about:

   • current effective advertising and marketing techniques being utilised for attracting the best graduates to an organisation;
   • importance of building strategic relationships with universities to achieve goals;
   • how to manage graduate applications swiftly, efficiently and effectively;
   • managing resources within budget and delivering the return expected.
