Career Development Theories: Integrating Theory and Practice, Warwick

    This one-day course is designed and delivered by Phil McCash, CEIGHE Course Director at the University of Warwick. It is free of charge and only available to AGCAS/University of Warwick registrants, or soon-to-be registrants.

    The day involves discussion and explanation of the theory of guidance to help registrants doing the Career Development Theories module of the certificate, diploma and masters.

    This one-day course is designed to help participants enhance their practice via the integration of career development theories. We will focus on the classic theories of John Holland and Donald Super, and the contemporary learning and narrative approaches of John Krumboltz and Mark Savickas.
