   For those who have some knowledge or experience of NLP. A chance to gain further knowledge & experience, practice in the workplace. This course is run on two separate days with an interval for practice in the workplace. (Please note that the first day is a Thursday and the second day is a Wednesday.)

   The second day is 23 June.

   Intended for careers staff who have already attended the introductory day or who have some knowledge of NLP and want to explore further.

   By the end of the course, participants should be able to:
   • Apply NLP techniques to careers work
   • Recognise their own strengths and weaknesses as a practitioner
   • Gain some insight into the thinking processes of clients
   • Determine well formed outcomes for themselves and their clients
