   What will you get out of it?

   This event is a one stop shop for information about entry to teaching as a career, with opportunities to hear from LLUK and PGCE Admissions Tutors. As well as the answers to any specific questions you may have, we hope you will gain an up to date understanding of:

   • The current picture of recruitment into teaching and an insight into future developments in the schools sector
   • Teaching in the post-16 sector from LLUK, including information about entry requirements, courses available, jobs market and funding
   • Alternative routes into the teaching profession including Teach
   • First, Graduate Teacher Programme and flexible courses.
   • Primary and Secondary PGCE Admissions Tutors’ views on candidate selection and how students can enhance their chances of being accepted onto a PGCE course.
