Career Development Theory: Integrating Theory and Practice, Reading

   A one day course run by Phil McCash of Reading University. It is free of charge and only open to Reading qualification registrants.

   The day involves discussion and explanation of the theory of guidance to help registrants doing the Career Development Theories Module of the certificate, diploma and masters.

   This one day course is designed to help participants enhance their practice via the integration of career development theories. We will focus on the classic theories of John Holland and Donald Super, and the contemporary learning and narrative approaches of John Krumboltz and Mark Savickas.
