This course aims to consider the principles which underpin our work in the delivery of IAG services and the impact on the employability of your clients.
If your professional life is so busy that you rarely have chance to think about the underlying principles of your work, then this course presents an opportunity to reflect on why you are doing the job you do, and to be clear about your purpose in the volatile sector which is higher education.
Who is it for?
Anyone wishing to revisit first principles and clarify the parameters of their professional work in HE. May also be of interest to members of staff who are new to the sector or moving into an IAG function.What will you get out of it?
