Inspiring Policy: Graduate Outcomes and Social Mobility

This paper includes contributions from over 20 leading thinkers from the university and employer sectors on the issue of social mobility in relation to graduate outcomes and progression into the professions.

It presents the key issues affecting progression amongst students from lower socio-economic backgrounds (SEB), and provides specific illustrations of how they might be addressed, while directing thinking towards policy solutions.

The aim is to provoke challenge and debate, particularly in areas where this has been minimal to date, and to offer a foundation from which the Bridge Group, and their wider community of associates, can shape their focus in this area.
