Using your language skills

Using your language skills, produced by AGCAS in partnership with GTI Media, provides an overview of the many different careers and job roles across the public and private sector that are available to graduates with language skills.

The guide looks at why language skills are attractive to employers and explores the types of language job roles available. These range from roles involving the primary and direct use of a language, such as translating, interpreting and teaching, to roles in sectors such as business services, travel and hospitality, legal and administrative, academic, information and public, where being able speak different languages can be an added bonus when combined with other skills.
