Leading Food 4.0: Growing Business-University Collaboration for the UK's Food Economy

This report, produced by the Food Economy Task Force, Leading Food 4.0, explores the future skills required to address the food sector and finds that a coordinated effort will be needed to encourage young people with an interest in science and technology to consider a career in the agri-food chain.

The report recognises that food companies must attract talented graduates into the whole supply chain: high-quality engineers and marketers are needed to work alongside farmers and horticulturists.
