Career pathways for graduates into the voluntary or community sector
This report looks at the experiences of graduates who are in a variety of roles and organisations in the voluntary/community sector and provides some useful insights into job seeking in this area.
Researched by Fiona Christie, careers consultant at the University of Manchester, and funded by HECSU as part of PROP (Putting Research Outcomes into Practice), the report seeks to provide answers to careers advisers' concerns regarding the lack of information about getting jobs in the charity/community sector. Its aim is to provide a more informed basis for giving advice.
