Selection Centres for Specialty Training (DVD and streaming licence)
This DVD provides support for preparing medical students and junior doctors for assessment stations. Using genuine assessors and candidates, the programme shows you what may happen in five different assessment stations:
- portfolio interview
- presentation
- mock GP consultation
- structured interview
- simulation station
We also hear feedback from the assessors and the candidates’ reflections, together with narration emphasising the key learning points.
The DVD was produced collaboratively by the South West Peninsula Deanery and AGCAS. The running time is 53 minutes.
