PMI2 International Virtual Careers Fairs 2010-11

The International Virtual Careers Fairs project, one of the PMI2-funded employability projects run between 2009-11, provided a virtual one-stop-shop for international employers looking for UK-educated talent to meet their skills needs.

Three virtual fairs were scheduled for 2010-11, covering a range of types of institution and areas of the country:

University of Glasgow - AGCAS Scotland Virtual Careers Fair for Greater China and South East Asia, 25 - 29 October 2010.

University of Exeter - International Virtual Careers Fair for the Asia-Pacific region, 31 January - 11 February 2011.

Staffordshire University - West Midlands University Careers Services (WMUCS) International Virtual Recruitment Fair for India, 14 - 25 February 2011.

The fairs created a shared online meeting space for employers, institutions and international students from all over the UK.
